The Games Studies Reading Group is an interdisciplinary group that meets to play games, discuss games, and organize games-related events including organizing and running a Global Games Jam site at SU.
Theory Reading Group -Dr. Chris Forster and Dr. Chris Eng (faculty advisors); Wil Marple and Elizabeth Gleesing (graduate organizers)
The Theory Reading Group, attended by graduate students and faculty alike, facilitates vibrant discussion of contemporary theory of broad intellectual interests. No prior theory experience required 🙂

Write Now! is a weekly writing group that meets in the English library (HL 401A) to do what? To write! Whether you’re writing a seminar paper or working on a chapter of your dissertation, this group encourages collective productivity… and there’s free pizza.
